A Partnership between Virginia Tech and the Hospitality and Tourism Industry
Students studying hospitality and tourism at Virginia Tech are gaining a competitive edge thanks to a recent move that places the Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) program within the Pamplin College of Business. This organizational change was a strategic move to better integrate business education into the HTM curriculum. Students benefit in that they gain valuable management skills and experience in preparation for careers in the increasingly challenging hospitality and tourism industry. Collaboration between business and HTM will also strengthen our industry partnerships and service.
